About Stephanie Giumenta

Hi, I’m Stephanie Giumenta! I am a passionate real estate professional with Exit Realty First Choice in Palm Coast, Florida.

I have lived in Palm Coast for ten years. I am originally from South Burlington, Vermont. I moved to Jacksonville, Florida in 2004 and later, St. Augustine, Florida in 2006. I relocated to Palm Coast when I met my husband, Nick, in 2015. I instantly fell in love with the location, the community, recreational amenities, and small-town feel. I decided Palm Coast was where I wanted to raise my family.

I began my career in elementary education in 2014. I hold several educational endorsements and a masters degree in Educational Leadership. My experience and skillset in education positively impacts the relationships I build and maintain with my customers. I am an active listener, a skilled communicator, patient, and extremely motivated. I place a high value in lifelong learning.

Family is very important to me in life. I am a new mom of a wonderful baby girl, an avid reader, and a Disney Passholder!
